Vegas Golden Knights forward Jack Eichel has been skating at practice with the team for weeks now, but he took the next step this morning as he has officially begun skating without a no-contact jersey, per Jesse Granger of The Athletic
Eichel is skating on a reserve line with Nolan Patrick and Mike Amadio
It appears as though Eichel is inching his way towards a season debut, over a year after his last game. He was traded to the Golden Knights on November 4th for Alex Tuch, Peyton Krebs, a conditional 2022 first-round pick, and a conditional 2023 second-round pick.
